When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we will ensure all necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourced service provider(s).

- With respect to any personal information held by us, if the principal identified requests any one of the items below, we will first verify that the request is actually being made by or on behalf of the principal, and upon verification, we will respond to the request in accordance with the provisions of the personal information Protection Law.

- (2) disclosure of the relevant personal information (or its nonexistence);
- (3) correction or deletion of, or addition to, the relevant personal information;
- (4) discontinuation of use, erasure of the relevant personal information; or
